  Finally I finished my first wordpress theme. Hope some people might like it and use on their blogs.

  
  

  Features:

  • Compatible with sidebar Widget plugin.
  • Valid CSS & XHTML
  • Custom styles for <blockquote>, <code>, <ul>, <ol> etc html tags.
  • Images in a post align well when you use any type of available alignment options: “none”, “right”,  “center”, “left”.
  • Customized stars which matches theme design for WP-PostRatings plugin.
  • Tested on IE6, IE7, FF3.
  • SEO optimized.
  • Available in 3 layout variations (2 columns & 3 columns). Coming soon.
  • Header variations. Coming soon.

  License:

  • The CSS, XHTML and design is released under GPL.

  Since this is my first attempt to develop a wordpress theme, I might have left some unstylled parts, so if you spot anything, please report in comments, thanks. And don’t forget to vote.

   Clicking the “Find” button will search for “..search,” which isn’t a good thing. It should be smart enough to know that’s a default value and not meant to be searched for.

   Thanks Richard your feedback.

   I never liked that default value “..search” in the input box, so I’d most likely remove in the upcoming version.

    love this theme!

    I like to not show the dates on my posts. I have removed them, but could you tell me how to remove the little calender graphic to the left of each post title and have the post title align left? Thanks, I’m a bit new to all this.

    ok, just figured out how to remove the calendar.

    can you tell me how to remove the line space between the excerpt and the “filed under” listing in the category pages?
